Empire Saber Guild is a volunteer organization and our membership consists of volunteers, most of whom hold full-time jobs outside of Saber Guild activities. Our ability to satisfy an event request depends on a number of factors including availability of members, location, and time of the event. Events which directly or indirectly benefit the community and/or charity organizations will receive a better chance of a Saber Guild appearance over private functions (e.g., birthday parties, weddings). Anyone submitting a request should be a person who has the authority of the event and should be over 18 years of age. Saber Guild’s costumes focuses on generic Star Wars Jedi and Sith characters, but we recommend inquiring with our sister organization, the Rebel Legion, The 501st, and the Mandalorian Mercs, should you desire Star Wars characters at your event.
While we do not charge a fee for appearances (public or private), we enthusiastically welcome donations made to a charitable organization in the name of the Empire Saber Guild. If you do not have a charity of choice, please ask that you please make a donation to St. Mary’s Children’s Hospital.
